Our refund policies, and how to request one.

We want every family to feel confident subscribing to Study Junior. If the service is not right for your child, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund the amount charged to your original payment method.
Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your confirmation email, or contact us at [email protected] and we will help you arrange it.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Once a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and access to paid content ends.
